Cancellation Policies: The staff at Dirty Dogs Spa would greatly appreciate any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please feel free to call us to re-schedule or cancel any appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of  $25.00. No-shows will incur a fee up to 50% of the appointment cost.

NOTE:  Due to the high demand for appointments during the holidays, all appointments scheduled November 10 – December 31, require a credit card to reserve the appointment and must be cancelled no less that 48 hours to prevent a $25 late cancellation fee. 


Arrivals: In order to ensure that your pet benefits the best from his/her grooming experience we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to allow time for a meeting with your groomer to discuss any specific details with your groomer.


Late arrivals: Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to still be able to give you the service you have booked, however if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for our next Pet. If so we will need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late-cancel and subject to cancellation fees.


Inclement Weather Policies: The staff at Dirty Dogs Spa will do our best to give all clients at least a two hour notice if their appointment needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We do not adhere to the WCPSS closures, however if you know that you cannot make it to your appointment please call or email us as soon as possible. Our normal 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply where there is inclement weather. We will respect anyone who requests to reschedule their appointment even if we have decided to open for that day. Please understand that some of our groomers and support staff do not live in Wake Forest and if they feel it is unsafe for them to come to work we will need to reschedule your appointment even if you feel that you could make it. Payment: At Dirty Dogs Spa we accept cash, check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For checks there is a $35.00 return check fee.  Payment is expected at time of service. Gratuity is always appreciated.


Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. The value of a gift certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service.
